Shipping policy
We will process all orders within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We will notify you again when your order has been shipped.
Once you have received your dispatch email please allow 7-14 days to receive your order.
Please be aware that processing and shipping times may be affected on occasion due to a high volume of orders or postal service delays that are outside of our control.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Interiors at Nine to Eleven Showroom, 9-11 Marketplace, Malton, YO177LP. After placing your order and selecting the 'local pickup' option at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with Instructions on how to collect.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am to 4pm from Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us: sales@ninetoeleven.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some couriers do not deliver to P. O. Boxes so if you are placing a large order and need it sending to a P. O. box please email us at sales@ninetoeleven.co.uk before placing your order
Refunds, returns, and Exchanges
Should you have any issues with your orders, please contact us: sales@ninetoeleven.co.uk
Due to the current circumstances, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will then be able to offer you a refund, exchange or credit note. Please see our full returns policy at the footer of our website for more details.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as at sales@ninetoeleven.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Again, please see our full returns policy for more details.
