Private Residence

Yorkshire Home

Location: Sheriff Hutton, North Yorkshire
Client: Private Residential
Scope: Interior Design, Colour Schemes, Soft Furnishings, Space Planning

This recently completed private home in Sheriff Hutton saw Interiors at Nine to Eleven working closely with the architect, kitchen and bathroom designers, and lighting specialists to deliver a cohesive and thoughtfully designed interior.

Our role focused on developing and implementing the full interior colour scheme, advising on finishes and material selections to create a harmonious flow throughout the home. We also provided bespoke upholstery, and sourced and installed all soft furnishings, including curtains, blinds, cushions, and styling accessories.

As part of the layout development, we also contributed to the remodelling of the principal bathroom, advising on spatial planning and cabinetry to successfully integrate a walk-through wardrobe concept that links seamlessly with the bathroom design.

This was a highly collaborative project that brought together architecture, design, and functionality, resulting in a beautifully finished home tailored to the clients’ lifestyle and vision.

Client Testimonial

“When we started our total house renovation, I knew we would need to get advice from interior designers.

My partner was not sold on the idea, but humoured me.

Having worked with Sarah and Mary at 9-11 Interiors, he is a reformed character! What an amazing transformation to our home with the fabrics, paints and wallpapers that Sarah and Mary recommended, but that was made possible by Sarah coming to visit us and really taking time to understand how we would use each room and the type of fabrics and colours we preferred.

We could not be more delighted with the result and we have had so many really effusive compliments on the colour schemes from family, friends and casual visitors. Our home is like paradise, which may sound ridiculous, but that is how both of us feel about it. We could not recommend 9-11 Interiors more highly – worth their weight in gold.”
