What data do we collect and why do we need it?

When you contact us regarding our services, we require your contact telephone number and/or your email address and home address. This is so we can contact you regarding the services we are providing for you at your request. We will only contact you should there be a legitimate reason for us to do so. This may be to send rare newsletters giving you information about our business, as well as liaise with you regarding the services we are carrying out for you.

What do we do with your data?

We use your data to provide goods and services to you. We store your data in our database and will never pass your information on to third parties without your consent. To make some services available to you, we may be required to share your data with some of our service suppliers, for example onsite surveys/works, direct goods deliveries and sampling. For any of these, you are required to give your consent before they can take place and we will only share your data when we are satisfied the service suppliers have applied appropriate data protection and security, which means they can only use your data to provide services to us and you, and for no other purposes.

How long do we keep your data for?

We will hold your data whilst ever there is a legitimate business interest, or you have consented to receive further information from us. You will, as ever, have the right to withdraw your data from our database at any time, however we will usually hold data for no longer than 6 years.

By law, you have a right to ask us what data we hold about you, and you can ask us if it is correct and accurate. If you contact us, we will never pass your information on without your consent. When making an enquiry via our website, you are consenting to us holding your data through only the form of your email address until you consent to any further data being shared with us. Until then, we will only use your data to respond to your enquiry and hopefully provide you with the information you need.
